lawyer, Brian G. Lustbader is a
practical transactional
negotiator and draftsman
specializing in construction
contract drafting and
negotiation; alternative dispute
resolution, including mediation
and arbitration; and litigation.
He has successfully pursued
mediation of numerous
construction disputes that had
been through litigation. Diverse
litigations and arbitrations
have been similarly successful,
one of which led to creation of
a new law in New York. |

Brian is the author of articles
published in the New York Law
Journal and other publications,
and is a frequent seminar leader
and lecturer on construction
contract drafting, bid protests
and claims. He is a member of the
New York State Bar Association
and the New York County Lawyers
Association, and is admitted to
the New York and U.S. District
Court, Southern and Eastern
Districts of New York; and the
U.S. Court of Appeals, Second
Circuit. |
